Significant Growth in the First Quarter

Thw Winter Park Area saw significant growth in the first Quarter of this year compared the the first Quarter of 2005, according to the statistics of the Grand County Board of Realtors. The number of condominium units sold was up 45%, from 51 to 74, while the average price of a condominium went up 36%, from $209,141 to $286,488.
